NHTA announces unique Maine black bear raffle!

New England is well known for our very healthy and abundant black bear populations. Maine, the northernmost point of New England, is home to some of the richest black bear populations in the Northeast. Its also the only state in the contiguous U.S. that still recognizes bear trapping as a method of regulated take. The New Hampshire Trappers Association is excited to announce that we are raffling off an opportunity to experience this unique form of bear hunting during the state’s 2021 bear hunting/trapping season!
